1. Who operates the service and scope
Progrr provides business management and appointment booking software. This policy describes information handling for business users and customers booking appointments. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@progrr.io. The relevant business and its contact details are shown on its booking page.
2. Platform and business responsibilities
Progrr determines the purposes of processing needed for platform accounts, security, billing and support. Each business determines the purposes of handling its customers’ information for appointments and service delivery; Progrr processes that information as part of its platform services. Roles can overlap depending on the operation. A business’s own policy may also apply and does not remove Progrr’s legal obligations.
3. Providing information and your choices
There is no general statutory obligation to provide information to use the service. Required fields are needed to perform the requested action, such as registration, verification or booking. Without them we may be unable to complete that action. Do not provide another person’s information without appropriate authority. Additional uses requiring consent require that consent separately; accepting the terms is not blanket marketing consent.
4. Information collected
Information may include name, email, phone, business details, services and prices, availability, appointments and changes, submitted notes, reviews, support correspondence and subscription and transaction details. Authentication and security records may include password hashes, login provider identifiers, access times and technical data such as IP address and browser. Opting into push notifications adds a device subscription identifier and keys. Avoid submitting health information, card details or other sensitive information that is not needed.
5. Price, currency and payment-status information
Appointment management stores the service amount and currency recorded for an appointment, together with payment statuses and changes recorded in the system. When linked to a customer, these are treated as personal information used for appointments, balances, history and business reports, support and correcting errors. The business and its authorized users have access according to their permissions; customer debts are not published publicly. Changing business currency does not replace currency in existing appointment records. Recording a payment status here does not involve Progrr processing the customer’s payment; card details must not be entered in these records. This policy’s retention, sharing, security and rights provisions also apply to this information. Business subscription data is handled separately from appointment data.
6. Purposes
Information is used to create and secure accounts, arrange appointments and manage customers, publish business information and reviews as requested, send service messages and reminders, handle support and complaints, administer billing, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Information you publish on a business page or in a review may be public.
7. Recipients and service providers
Appointment information is shared with your chosen business and its authorized users. Hosting, database, media, authentication, email, messaging and payment providers are used according to the enabled features. The software includes integrations with MongoDB Atlas, Cloudinary, Google, Resend and configured payment and messaging providers. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect legal rights. Personal data is not offered for sale as part of this service. Establishing appropriate provider access, safeguards and processing agreements forms part of the operator’s obligations.
8. International processing
Providers may store or process information outside Israel, including in the United States. Locations depend on the provider and service configuration. International transfers are subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards; using the service does not waive those protections.
9. Security
The software includes authentication and authorization controls and password hashing. Keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized use. No system is immune to failures or intrusion; this policy is not a guarantee of absolute security or a certification of compliance.
10. Security incidents
Report suspected exposure or misuse through support or the contact address. Incidents are assessed and handled according to the circumstances and applicable duties, including recording and notifying authorities or affected people when required. Do not include passwords or verification codes in a report.
11. Retention and deletion
Operational information is retained for account operation and service delivery. Stopping use or cancelling a subscription is distinct from deleting an account. Account deletion can be initiated from business settings or the customer profile, depending on account type; you may also ask about other information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Backups and provider records may expire separately from active-system records. You may request an explanation of retained information and the reason for retention.
12. Access, correction and rights requests
You may request access to personal information and correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, subject to Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law and other rights applicable to your circumstances. Other deletion requests are assessed under applicable law and retention needs. Proportionate identity verification may be required. For records controlled by a business, contact that business as well; Progrr can help route your request.
13. Minors
Business management accounts are intended for adults or people authorized to act for a business. A minor customer may need parental or guardian consent depending on age, service and applicable law. Do not enter a minor’s information without appropriate authority. Contact the business or Progrr if information has been submitted unlawfully.
14. Cookies, local storage and notifications
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, verification, language and preferences. Application assets may be cached for loading. Clearing storage may sign you out or reset preferences. Push notifications are optional, require device or browser permission and can be disabled; installing the application does not itself authorize notifications. Disabling notifications does not cancel an appointment.
15. Changes
The revision date appears at the beginning of the document. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and fresh consent will be requested separately where required. Continued use does not replace legally required consent or retrospectively permit new uses of information.
16. Law and language
This policy is interpreted under Israeli law without excluding other mandatory rules applicable to you or the service. The translated versions aim to describe the same policy. Contact us about discrepancies; translation cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
17. Contact
Privacy and accessibility enquiries: support@progrr.io. Account holders can also open a Privacy or Accessibility support ticket and follow the conversation using its ticket number. Enquiries about a particular appointment or business service should also be addressed to that business.
