Terms of Service

Updated: September 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern use of Progrr. Read the privacy policy and any conditions shown when purchasing or booking. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Platform and businesses

Progrr supplies business management and booking tools. The selected business supplies the booked service and is responsible for its description, pricing, licensing and delivery. Progrr remains responsible for its own platform services under applicable law; this distinction does not waive its legal duties.

3. Business prices, currencies and payment records

The business sets its service prices and display currency and is responsible for their accuracy, updates and clear disclosure before booking. It must comply with applicable law, including total-price, tax, local-currency display, cancellation and refund requirements where applicable. Technical availability of a currency does not confirm that its use is lawful in every country or transaction. Progrr does not set or approve business prices, convert currencies or process payments between businesses and customers through these appointment and payment-management tools. A paid or outstanding status is an administrative record, not bank confirmation, a receipt or a tax invoice. Price-list currency changes apply to new bookings; existing appointments retain their original price and currency in the system. A setting change does not amend customer agreements or override statutory rights. Different currencies are reported separately without automatic conversion. Service-price, collection and refund questions should be addressed to the business. Subject to applicable law, Progrr is not responsible for the business’s currency choices, prices or failure to meet its customer obligations; this does not exclude responsibility for Progrr’s own conduct or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Progrr subscription prices and currencies are governed separately by subscription terms.

4. Authority to register

Business account details must be accurate. You must be an adult or have appropriate authority to bind the business. Booking for another person requires appropriate permission. Use does not itself create employment, partnership or agency with Progrr.

5. Permission to use

You receive limited permission to use the system lawfully under your selected plan. Unauthorized access, bypassing permissions, disruption, unlawful copying and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions and permissions.

6. Accounts and security

Keep credentials confidential and correct inaccurate details. Do not send support passwords or verification codes. Report suspected account misuse. Activity may be restricted proportionately to investigate breaches or security risks, with notice where feasible without compromising security or legal obligations.

7. Prices, subscriptions and payments

Prices, currency, billing period, renewal, trial and cancellation conditions must be shown before purchase confirmation. Paid services require the applicable agreement. Cancellation, refunds and third-party billing are subject to the disclosed conditions and mandatory law. Removing an app from a device does not cancel a subscription; use the relevant cancellation process. App-store purchases, if offered, are also subject to that store’s conditions.

8. Booking, confirmation and cancellation

An appointment is confirmed according to the confirmation status shown in the system; selecting a time does not reserve it. Availability may change before saving. Business rules for changes, cancellation and no-shows must be disclosed before booking and are subject to law. A failed reminder does not cancel an appointment. Contact the business about its service or a refund.

9. Availability

Maintenance, failures and provider or network limitations may occur. Continuous availability and delivery of every notification at a particular time are not guaranteed. Businesses should maintain suitable alternative contact and backup processes. This does not exclude mandatory service or liability obligations.

10. Liability

Each party’s responsibility depends on its role, the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion of liability, remove mandatory remedies or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer, privacy and accessibility rights are preserved.

11. Content, reviews and intellectual property

You are responsible for permission to publish images, text and third-party information. Content remains its owner’s property; Progrr receives permission to use it only as needed to operate the service and carry out requested publication. Threats, misleading or discriminatory content, infringement and unauthorized disclosure of personal information are prohibited. Report harmful content to support for review.

12. Personal information and communications

The privacy policy explains information handling. Businesses must provide appropriate notices and obtain permissions required for their activities. Advertising must not be sent through the system without the necessary legal basis and consents. Push permission is separate and can be revoked.

13. Support and complaints

Use the support page, select a topic and keep your ticket number. Responses appear in the ticket conversation; do not assume a separate email was sent unless explicitly stated. Response times are not guaranteed without a separate agreement. Describe privacy, accessibility or security complaints without sending secrets or unnecessary sensitive information.

14. Ending use and deleting accounts

You may stop using the service, cancel a subscription under its conditions and initiate account deletion from the relevant settings. These are distinct actions. Before deletion, retain business records you need and review existing appointments and obligations. Some information may be retained under law and the privacy policy. Ending use does not remove lawful outstanding obligations.

15. Changes

Material changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect where required. Changes requiring consent will be submitted separately. Unilateral changes cannot retrospectively alter completed transactions or remove mandatory rights. The revision date appears at the beginning of this document.

16. Law and disputes

Israeli law applies subject to other mandatory rules relevant to the circumstances. You may contact support first to resolve a dispute, but this does not restrict access to a competent authority or court. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law, without a blanket waiver of user rights.

17. Contact

The service operator is presented as Progrr. Platform enquiries: support@progrr.io or the support page. Enquiries about a specific business’s appointment, pricing or service should also be directed to that business using the details on its booking page.
