Common questions
What does calendar utilization actually measure?
It compares booked time with available working time, accounting for hours and blocks. Approved, pending and completed appointments count; canceled appointments do not. Time outside current availability is shown separately.
How is gross profit different from operating profit?
Gross profit subtracts material costs from recorded service revenue. Estimated operating profit also deducts paid operating expenses. These are management estimates based on your recorded data, not tax or accounting statements.
Which monthly goals can I track?
Set goals for completed appointments and new customers, and follow this month's progress in Reports and insights. A revenue goal is available when revenue tracking is enabled. You choose which targets to set.
